Joining the Johnny's Heart of Gold Invitational as a volunteer means being part of a community committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. It's more than just a day of golf; it's a day of heart, hope, and honor.

Front Desk Volunteer

  • Assist with Setup

  • Greet and Provide T-shirts to Volunteers

  • Run Supplies to Designated Hole as needed (water, lunch, bathroom breaks, etc.)

  • Maintain Contact with Hole Volunteers; Touch Base Frequently via Cell

  • Booster Juice in the Morning

  • Garbage Runs

  • Assist with Take Down

Hole
Volunteer

  • Assist with Setup and Decorate Hole

  • Take Designated Supplies to Hole and Set Up

  • Engage Players to Participate in The Hole Activity and Cheer Them On

  • Thank Players for Participating and Wish Them a Great Day

  • Assist with Take Down

Front Desk Runners

  • Assist with Setup

  • Set Up Trophy Table

  • Support Front Desk During Registration

  • Act as Temp Fill In for Hole and Course Runner Volunteer Bathroom Breaks, etc.
